The Indonesian Furniture and Crafts Industry Association (HIMKI) together with Dyandra Promosindo this year are ready to hold the Indonesia International Furniture Expo (IFEX) 2022 furniture and craft exhibition on 18-21 August 2022.
This year’s IFEX implementation will take place in a hybrid manner, virtually through IfexIndonesia.com and directly at JIExpo, Kemayoran – Jakarta.
At a meeting between HIMKI, Dyandra Promosindo, and the Ministry of Industry, Chairman of the HIMKI Presidium, revealed that the enthusiasm of all industry players for the implementation of the furniture and handicraft exhibition was felt during the preparation of this year’s IFEX.

This is proven by the participation data that listed more than 200 exhibitors will exist in the IFEX 2022 event or have filled 95 percent of the places provided by the organizers. In terms of buyers, more than 1,200 domestic and foreign buyers have registered, starting from Australia, the United States, Canada, Spain, and India.

IFEX is the largest furniture and craft Business to Business (B2B) exhibition in Indonesia which provides an opportunity for industry players to introduce their products to domestic and foreign markets. And the potential is very big to be developed.

For the record, exports of furniture and handicrafts in 2021 were recorded at USD3.46 billion, an increase of 27.23.
