Christian Street Furniture owner John Burns is relocating the sofa portion of his store from Corporate Boulevard near Jefferson Highway farther west to CitiPlace.

Mark Hebert of Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate said Burns has agreed to represent the Rowe Furniture sofa division in the Baton Rouge market and will move into a 5,600-square-foot location next to Jason’s Deli.


Hebert said Christian Street Furniture will remain in its 8,500-square-foot location at 7474 Corporate. Kurz & Hebert will handle the re-leasing of the space being vacated.
