Small Homes Are No Longer Excluded Thanks to Furniture-for-Small-Spaces.com

Furniture-for-Small-Spaces.com, a growing website that offers decorating tips and space saving furniture recommendations has now made a way for small home owners to decorate and furnish their homes without hassle.

Columbus, OH (PRWEB) June 5, 2014 — No longer left out of the picture, small home goers’ time is greatly reduced by a selection of tips and space saving furniture at their fingertips.

“People don’t want to spend countless hours looking for small space furniture,” said Tameka Norris, editor of Furniture for Small Spaces. “They want easy options like everyone else. It’s hard enough trying to find the right piece of furniture. Having to search for it on top of that just makes the job all the more frustrating.”

It started as a simple plan to build a website which catered to others like her: people who lived in small homes. But then something happened. “After building the site I started having mixed feelings about it. I’d added a few articles and launched it but I wasn’t sure if I was up for the task anymore. So I stopped working on it. I let it sit for awhile and then every so often I’d get the occasional email from someone asking for help on how to decorate their small place. And that was the defining moment. That was the point in which I started taking it seriously because I knew others did too. In time, I picked up where I left off and realized I actually enjoyed decorating small spaces and helping others with the same space saving ideas.”

The small space site launched in April 2012 and didn’t officially take off until November 2013, more than a year and a half later. However, since then it’s become a slow but steady growing community for lovers’ of small scale furniture.

“Visitors who come to my site are looking for the perfect answer to their small space trials. I do my best to give it to them as I continue to build content and improve upon my ideas. Also, if I get a question from a visitor about something that I don’t have up that I think would help improve the site, I take note of it to assist me in adding it later.”

As a visitor, there are various things to choose from on the site such as a “Living in Small Spaces Blog” which offers tips and photos from the editor’s personal projects. However, small space goers will be especially pleased with a selection of tips on organizing and decorating small spaces, along with ideas on how to arrange small space furniture and choose from a selection of space saving furniture.

Although the site is well developed it is continuously growing through routes of additional content and reorganization. In the near future it will bring more options for those looking for larger selections of space saving furniture, real-world how-to projects, and a forum in which visitors can interact with one another and answer each other’s questions.

“This is just the beginning.” said Tameka. “Visitors will soon be surprised by how much the site has grown and changed. I can see the big picture. They can’t see it just yet, but once they do I have no doubt they’ll keep coming back for more.”
