When you have vacation with family, you are often confused about choosing the type of lodging that suits your needs, whether staying at a hotel, villa, cottage, or resort. For large families, generally staying in a villa will be the main option. But, what is a villa? How is it different from other types of accommodation?
Although both are lodging to relax, the villa itself has a different concept. The definition of a villa is a large-sized inn with one or more bedrooms equipped with various facilities in it.

A villa is a small house outside the city or in the mountains; a vacation home that used only on vacation. The villa used for relax, either for yourself or with family. While the house is a place to live for the family and part of everyday life. The villa is not used or occupied all the time like a house, but only used at certain times such as on vacation. Villa is more comfort than homes. Therefore, villas are generally located outside the city or in the mountains which have cleaner, fresher air and have a better view than houses in the city.

Cambridge Dictionary explains the definition of a resort as a place where many people go for rest, sports, or other purposes such as tourist resorts, holiday resorts, seaside/beach resorts, to ski resorts. As a place to stay, resorts which generally more expensive provide facilities; from tennis courts, golf, spas, tracking, and jogging.

While the hotel is one type of accommodation that uses all of the part for lodging services, food and beverage providers and other services for the general public which managed commercially. If you like to travel, hotels are favorite accommodations. There are many types with their own characteristics. From standard type rooms, superior, deluxe, twin, single, family, junior, suite, to presidential.
