The DOC\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s wording was \u00e2\u20ac\u0153just fuzzy enough that we were getting a few hassles,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d he said.<\/p>\n<p>DOC said earlier this year it would change the wording. The new definition went into effect July 7.
