And of the 19 whose total compensation topped $1 million, only six achieved the figure without exercising options.<\/p>\n<p>Topping the list was Ethan Allen Chairman Farooq Kathwari, whose total compensation of $18,633,795 included $17,056,800 from the exercise of options.<\/p>\n<p>Kathwari was second on the Furniture|Today scorecard list for 2004 with total compensation of $8,236,000.
