After officers found the broken furniture and a dent in the drywall, one man was arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Murfitt, 46, says he was beaten by the appliance, thrown down a flight of stairs and assaulted with a hammer by another tenant in his building on Court Street in Syracuse. Adam Curriere, 29, and Murfitt share a bathroom in the building.
