(SLF), an Arizona company that designs and markets furniture.<br \/>\n    <!--adsense--><br \/>\n\t\t <!--more--><br \/>\n Goldner Hawn did not disclose the terms of the sale. SLF was bought by Pulaski Furniture, in Pulaski, Va.<\/p>\n<p> Pulaski Furniture and Phoenix-based SLF will merge to form a new holding company, Home Meridian International.<\/p>\n<p> Minneapolis-based Goldner Hawn acquired SLF in 1997.
