\nWilliams, who has been with Hooker since 1971, also will step down from the manufacturer and importer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s board of directors.<\/p>\n

Williams has been president and COO since December 2000. He was executive vice president of manufacturing for a year before then, and was senior vice president of manufacturing from 1987 to 1999.<\/p>\n
