Buzby, 40, pleaded innocent Monday in Brattleboro District Court to domestic assault. He faces up to one year in prison or a $5,000 fine if convicted.<\/p>\n<p>Buzby is accused of hurting the woman on Oct. 7 as he allegedly broke most of the furniture in his home, police said.
