It is fueled by the investment our company makes in us.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Bedmart offers its employees complete training, a compensation and benefit package that is among the best in its industry and provides opportunities for advancement within the company. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Each employee is encouraged to grow with the company. One of our Executive Vice Presidents started as a part-time delivery person while he was attending school.
