\ncity to Manhattan in mid-December, and says the new digs will help it continue to bring in talent as it revitalizes the brand.<\/p>\n
The company will occupy about 30,000 square feet \u00e2\u20ac\u201d the entire 23rd floor \u00e2\u20ac\u201d of the historic Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway. The 80-store Top 100 company will keep a small corporate presence in Woodbury, mostly for information technology functions. It did not disclose its investment in the new space.<\/p>\n

Prentice Capital Management and liquidator Great American Group acquired Levitz\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s assets out of bankruptcy in December and subsequently brought in a new management team and closed the worst performing stores.<\/p>\n
