\nThe American Craft Council will present approximately 30 new artists and launch a new CHILDREN\u00e2\u20ac\u2122S LINE at the

\n31st annual American Craft Wholesale Show, formerly the Baltimore Wholesale Craft Show, Feb. 20-22 at the Baltimore Convention Center.<\/p>\n
Selected through a rigorous jury process, more than 800 new and established artists will offer high-quality, handmade jewelry, clothing, furniture, home d\u00c3\u00a9cor and more. The 30 new artists to the Council\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s wholesale show will travel from across the country to present their latest work in a variety of media including glass, clay, wood, metal, and acrylic, among others.<\/p>\n
Exhibitors and buyers alike will find the latest retail trends and insights, innovative ideas on merchandising and other initiatives to help them grow their businesses, including the Council\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s first-ever CHILDREN\u00e2\u20ac\u2122S LINE.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153As the children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s retail market continues to soar, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve noticed more and more artists responding to the trend by crafting clothes, toys, and other accessories – jewelry, furniture, home d\u00c3\u00a9cor – for young children and newborns,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d said Carmine Branagan, executive director of the American Craft Council. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153What better place to launch the new CHILDREN\u00e2\u20ac\u2122S LINE but at the most anticipated wholesale craft show in the country \u00e2\u20ac\u201c in Baltimore.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
In its 31st year, the American Craft Wholesale Show sets the standard for all high-quality, contemporary craft shows across the United States. The show will also feature a series of educational opportunities including lectures, demonstrations and tours given by leaders in the craft and design field. Details to be announced.<\/p>\n
