La-Z-Boy Incorporated announced that Helen O. Petrauskas, a member of the company’s Board, passed away late Wednesday evening. She was 61 years old.<\/p>\n

Petrauskas joined La-Z-Boy’s Board of Directors in 2000 and served as the Chairwoman of the Investment Performance Review Committee and as a Member of the Compensation Committee.
