\nThe new 8,000- square- foot store is adjacent to the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s corporate headquarters at 5815 Gulf Freeway in Houston and is the largest of the chain\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 300 stores nationwide.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Our vision was to design a store that would offer the largest selection of bedding products anywhere, as well as special features not normally found in a mattress store to enhance our customers sleep experience,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d said Steve Stagner, Mattress Firm chief operating officer.

\n \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The result was a one-of-a-kind store that raises the bar for our industry and offers the ultimate shopping experience for consumers.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
The Mattress Firm SuperCenter features more than 60 different models of mattresses from top manufacturers such as Sealy\u00c2\u00ae, Tempur-pedic\u00c2\u00ae Simmons\u00c2\u00ae, and Stearns & Foster\u00c2\u00ae. Specialty mattress and bedding products incorporating the latest in sleep technology are also on display in the Sleep Rx gallery, including pressure relieving mattresses from Tempur-pedic\u00c2\u00ae and Sealy\u00c2\u00ae. The store also features a Value Center offering an assortment of value-priced bedding and a Clearance Center offering a wide variety of overstock items at further reduced prices.<\/p>\n
The design of the store is based on Mattress Firm\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s new SuperCenter concept which features a combination of wood flooring, ceramic tile and carpet throughout the store along with artwork and natural wood fixtures and shutters accented by a warm color palette to create a comfortable, home-like look and feel. The \u00e2\u20ac\u0153racetrack\u00e2\u20ac\u009d floor plan allows customers to easily move throughout the store to browse and compare the different styles and brands, which are arranged by comfort level (pillowtop, plush, firm) and price.<\/p>\n
Customers can work with one of Mattress Firm\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s on-site Sleep Experts, catch a program about how to get a great night\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s sleep on the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s exclusive in-store FIRM TV Network, or enjoy a coffee and a massage in a Human Touch\u00c2\u00ae robotic massage chair in the store\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s soon-to-open customer relaxation area. The new store will also offer the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Red Carpet\u00e2\u20ac\u009d delivery service, offering same-day delivery service, along with comfort satisfaction and price guarantees.<\/p>\n
