She reports to Mike Delgatti, executive vice president of upholstery and occasional merchandising.<\/p>\n<p>Smith was vice president of merchandising for fabric suppliers Mastercraft and Home Fabrics for the past seven years and previously worked for manufacturers Century, Broyhill and Alexvale, a division of Kincaid Furniture.<\/p>\n<p>Smith began her home furnishings career with Broyhill in 1986 in showroom design.
