The plant will cease manufacturing operations in February of 2014. After that time, all Broyhill wooden furniture will be manufactured overseas.<\/p>\n<p>Furniture Brands estimates the restructuring, asset impairment and severance charges associated with this closure will total approximately $3.0 million ($2.0 million net of income tax benefit), or 4 cents per diluted common share. We estimate almost all of these charges will be taken in the first quarter of next year.<\/p>\n<p>Furniture Brands International is one of America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s largest residential furniture companies.
