\nHarris director of business development for residential furnishings, a new position.<\/p>\n
For the past seven years, Harris has worked in the company’s mergers and acquisitions department, most recently as assistant director.<\/p>\n
He evaluated more than 150 acquisition deals valued at more than $4.5 billion.<\/p>\n
Harris previously had M&A roles at Spring Corp. and Koch Pipeline Co., and also worked as a market analyst for Koch Oil Co.<\/p>\n
In his new position, Harris reports to Paul Hauser, a Leggett & Platt senior vice president and president of the company’s residential furnishings division, which includes metal beds.<\/p>\n
