{"id":3090,"date":"2014-01-16T10:32:46","date_gmt":"2014-01-16T05:02:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/indonesia-furniture.com\/news\/2014\/01\/16\/call-4-action-follow-up-still-waiting-for-furniture-or-refund\/"},"modified":"2014-01-16T10:32:46","modified_gmt":"2014-01-16T05:02:46","slug":"call-4-action-follow-up-still-waiting-for-furniture-or-refund","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indonesia-furniture.com\/articles\/call-4-action-follow-up-still-waiting-for-furniture-or-refund\/","title":{"rendered":"Call 4 Action Follow-Up: Still Waiting For Furniture Or Refund"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday night, WTAE Channel 4 Action News aired a Call 4 Action report about a                         <!--adsense--><br \/>\n\t\t <!--more--><br \/>\ncouple who paid for a set of new furniture nine months ago but never got it.<\/p>\n<p> Since that story about Hampton House Furniture aired, Call 4 Action reporter Aaron Saykin has heard from many viewers &#8212; one of whom is offering a helping hand.<\/p>\n<p>Almost immediately after Call 4 Action confronted the owner of Hampton House Furniture &#8212; the company where Linda and Derek Zabierowksy paid for a new sofa and love seat last April but never got them &#8212; Saykin began hearing from other angry customers.<\/p>\n<p>In an e-mail to ThePittsburghChannel.com, one local man said his experience at Hampton House was so similar, &#8220;I thought the story was about me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Zabierowskys said the owner promised them a refund in December &#8212; but, like the sofa and love seat they ordered, it never came.<\/p>\n<p>This time, the owner told Call 4 Action off-camera that it would come by next week.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a long time coming. It would be greatly appreciated,&#8221; Linda Zabierowsky said.<\/p>\n<p>She may not have to wait. After Saykin&#8217;s story aired, Call 4 Action received an unsolicited e-mail from a Roomful Express Furniture executive who wrote, &#8220;I would like to offer the Zabierowskys $1,000 of credit at any of our stores&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My husband and I were both speechless,&#8221; Linda Zabierowsky said. &#8220;We are so thankful and grateful.
