Demapan told Saipan Tribune that the furniture were bought from the U.S. mainland using federal funds.<\/p>\n<p>Demapan said the Rota Judicial Center is composed of a trial court and the appellate court.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, there are two clerks taking care of the maintenance of the Center and that they need more staff in the courthouse, said Demapan.<\/p>\n<p>The chief justice said there is no available funding to hire more staff.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph R.
