Smith as chief financial officer, replacing Mark A. Roberts.<\/p>\n<p>Smith previously was a financial executive at MTD Products, an Ohio-based consumer products company.<\/p>\n<p> Roberts, a managing director of Alvarez &#038; Marsal, assumed the CFO duties last July and remains with the company in a senior advisory capacity.
