\nDeCoro, a leading manufacturer of leather and fabric sofas, has announced it will open a new 700,000 square

\nfoot factory this summer. The factory will replace it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s current 250,000 square foot facility which produces finished wood components such as legs and wood trim. Ground was broken in March at the new location in Huizhou, outside of Shenzhen in the Daya Bay Economic Zone.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153The new factory will give us the capacity we need to meet all customer demands and continue to grow our business in the United States and also all across the world. We already have the best modern equipment, but we simply needed more space\u00e2\u20ac\u009d said Luca Ricci, President and CEO. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The new location is also much closer to our main factory.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
Cushman Wakefield is supervising construction of the building, which will provide component parts to the 2 million square foot factory DeCoro built in 2003, the largest upholstery factory in the world. Opening is planned for late August or September.<\/p>\n
