\nAT THE MARKET \u00e2\u20ac\u201d Case goods manufacturer Habersham has redesigned its High Point showroom in Market

\nSquare, space 142, to display two new lifestyles and a new licensed group for the Claude Monet collection.<\/p>\n
Monet\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Journeys has more than 20 pieces inspired by the painter\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s works and his extensive travels. The collection features a grand-scale entertainment center, bookcases and occasional furniture that draw from the Impressionist painter\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s trips from the Normandy coast to retreats along the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n
The first collection, introduced in 2000, was inspired by Monet\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s famed home in Giverny, France.<\/p>\n
“The new direction for the collection provides the design team with a rich palette of masterworks, landscapes and styles,” said Tom Skipper, vice president of sales and marketing. “We are able to create truly unique designs that invite today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s consumer to bring an Impressionistic touch of color, texture and casually elegant styling into their homes.”<\/p>\n
The French region\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s rugged coastline, dramatic cliffs, sea and sky views and lush countryside would play a key role in Monet\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s works, which in turn inspired Monet\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Journeys to exude a more rustic, casual look and feel. This is carried out through deeper, darker hand-applied finishes and painted elements. The collection will also incorporate some softer, lighter looks as well, drawing upon his visits to the Italian Riviera.<\/p>\n
Rather than stand alone by themselves, the pieces are incorporated into the new French Country lifestyle vignettes. These displays will show how the styles, select custom options and finishes across Habersham\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s home, kitchen and bath furnishings can work together to create a rich lifestyle look.<\/p>\n
The second lifestyle, Mountain Estates, offers an American casual style found in mountain retreats ranging from the highlands of North Carolina to Sedona, Ariz.<\/p>\n
This lifestyle, shown on the second floor, includes warm, rustic, hand-rubbed finishes and grand scale, sturdy designs with elegant accents. The space will include a great room, foyer, dining room, master bath, bedroom and kitchen.<\/p>\n
These two lifestyles are an extension of the Habersham Home concept introduced in October 2012. These whole-home designs have been installed in new houses in Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina, Arizona and other areas, said Skipper.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
