He succeeds Michael Fux, the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s founder and a member of the board of directors, who has been interim president and CEO since December.<\/p>\n<p>Fux will remain a board member and will continue to play an active role in product innovation and customer relations for the manufacturer of memory foam mattresses, pillows and mattress toppers.<\/p>\n<p> Lynch has more than two decades of experience in global branding, manufacturing and marketing.
