\nLacquer Craft Mfg. has promoted Phillip Siler to vice president of sales and marketing, a new position.<\/p>\n
For the past two and half years, he was vice president of merchandising for occasional tables, accents, home office and home entertainment at Universal Furniture, which is owned by Lacquer Craft. Earlier, Siler worked for Palliser and Lane and has experience in marketing and sales.<\/p>\n
He reports to Lacquer Craft President Mohamad Amini and will be based at the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s manufacturing plant in Jia Shan, China.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Phillip\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s experience in the industry and with Lacquer Craft will allow him to make a great contribution to the Lacquer Craft team,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Amini said in a statement.<\/p>\n

Universal Furniture has named Jeff Stone to replace Siler as vice president of merchandising for occasional tables, accents, home office and home entertainment.<\/p>\n
Since December, Stone has been vice president of merchandising of sister company Legacy Classic Furniture\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s youth and casual dining divisions. Legacy also is owned by Lacquer Craft. Stone previously held merchandising roles at Schnadig, Hooker, Broyhill and Lexington.<\/p>\n
