After that, the store will sell its building as well as a five-acre piece of ground on East Harry Street, between Rock Road and Webb Road, that at one time served as the store&#8217; s warehouse.<\/p>\n<p> Crandall says the store was started in 1951 at its present location by his parents, Monroe and Marcele Crandall. Bill Crandall took over its operations in 1987.<\/p>\n<p> He and his mother operate the business today. But Bill Crandall, 55, says he never married and has no children to continue the family business.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;It&#8217;s just a combination of the sales situation and the family situation.
