\nit completed the sale of Sam Moore Furniture to Hooker Furniture. Terms of the transaction, which closed on April 27, 2014, were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

\nSam Moore, a 63-year-old company owned since 1998 by La-Z-Boy, is based in Bedford, Virginia and produces upscale occasional chairs with an emphasis on fabric-to-frame customization.<\/p>\n
