After three years, he became the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s upholstery buyer. He left for about eight months to become part of the Rooms To Go start-up team but returned to Art Van in 1991 and for 15 years headed its clearance centers.<\/p>\n<p>At Kane\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Gordon reports to CEO Irwin Novack, who hailed him as a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153true professional\u00e2\u20ac\u009d who understands furniture retailing.<\/p>\n<p>Gordon said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I am looking forward to being back in retail merchandising.
