Additionally, it will be adjoined to a 16,000-square-foot shopping complex, according to designs presented Monday to the Southern Beaufort County Corridor Review Board.<br \/>\n                        <!--adsense--><br \/>\n\t\t <!--more--><br \/>\n Previous plans called for locating the store and a warehouse across S.C. 170 near The Fabric Store and Enmark, but the original owner backed out of the deal, said architect Darren Watson.<\/p>\n<p> A different franchise owner signed onto the plans, Watson said, but the delay resulted in developers having to pick another site.
