That&#8217;s what happened with today&#8217;s Home and Garden story on Stanwood&#8217;s Cathy Gemkow, who built her own bentwood garden furniture and gazebo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--adsense--><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"art-body\">Her neighbor prodded her to call me, and I&#8217;m glad she did. She built a series of potting tables, an arbor and a gazebo from fallen wood on her property. She spent very little money and worked out how to do this project by reading books on the subject.<\/p>\n<p>She started with small tables and she said anybody can do those. Similar rustic furniture can sell for hundreds. So what do you have to lose?
