Taking place over three venues; the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) and MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Center (MECC), the fair is bound to attract furniture buyers who are looking for three things: quality, style and a reasonable price.

The number of visitors to MIFF 2017 is expected to surpass 20, 000 visitors. MIFF 2016 drew 19, 075 visitors; with 6809 international visitors from 137 countries. With over 500 exhibitors from Malaysia and Asia, MIFF is Asia’s Premier Furniture Trade Exhibition.

Over the years, MIFF has identified itself as a one-stop buying centre where East meets West, providing products that caters to the needs of buyers worldwide. With this, plenty of returning and new buyers eagerly make their way to Malaysia on the first week of March to see the latest designs and innovation in the furniture world, which often results in sealed business deals happening at the fair.

For 2017, MIFF is branching out with a new exhibition titled ID Trends in conjunction with MIFF 2017 that will be held at the MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre. This is in line with MIFF’s aim to reach out to local consumers by offering them an accessible platform where interior designers and contract manufacturers are located in one spot to offer consumers advice and answers to their lifestyle needs.

In previous years, MIFF received feedback from the Malaysian public who visited the fair, but were unable to buy any furniture or furnishings. ID Trends will fill this gap by providing for consumers who are looking for lifestyle solutions for their homes or offices.

One of the highlights of ID Trends is booths set up for interior designers as a platform for them to offer consultation to visitors. With this, participating interior designers will be able to garner more business and build up their image in the industry. Because ID Trends is held during the same duration as MIFF 2017, participants will also be able to build their network all across the region. Besides drawing Malaysian visitors, MIFF 2016 also drew visitors from all over the world.

ID Trends will feature booths that reflect conceptual designs; and will offer furniture and furnishings. Expect products for the home and the office under one roof, plus lifestyle solutions that is catered to consumers’ demands and needs. ID Trends will be held at the same time as MIFF 2017; from 2 – 6 March, from 10am to 8pm daily. Admission is free and open to all.

Furniture manufacturers, exporters and interior designers who are interested in participating in MIFF 2017 and in ID Trends can visit www.miff.com.my for more details on space booking.

???? ????????

??????????????????
??????????????????
http://www.miff.com.my

Source : www.kagu-news.com

MIFF 2017 returns for its 16th year from 2 – 6 March in Kuala Lumpur.
