Karl Glassman, executive vice president, succeeds Haffner as chief operating officer.<\/p>\n<p> The company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s board also voted to increase the quarterly stock dividend by a penny, or 6.3%, to 17 cents per share, payable July 14 to shareholders of record on June 15.
