Jim Petro&#8217;s office received hundreds of complaints against the store chain last year.<\/p>\n<p>Customers claimed the store failed to deliver furniture it sold and refused to provide refunds for furniture not received.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators with Petro&#8217;s office, the store advertised a distress sale in January 2012, which misled consumers and violated state law by not mentioning the sale&#8217;s start and end dates.<\/p>\n<p>As part of a settlement, $325,000 will be paid to the customers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kronheims furniture store customers who never got the furniture they paid for or were denied refunds on broken furniture will get their money back, NewsChannel5 reported.
