GLM, Reed Exhibitions to produce luxury show

Cadeaux will debut in June 2014
The luxury market will have a new home in Cadeaux, a

new market from George Little Management and Reed Exhibitions focused on luxury merchandise.

Scheduled to run Friday, June 1 through Tuesday, June 5, 2014, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Cadeaux will be held concurrently with JCK, the most comprehensive jewelry event in the country.

Cadeaux, The Luxury Gift Collection at JCK will present approximately 200 exhibitors from around the world in 20,000 net square feet of exhibit space. Featured products will include tableware, home accessories, office accessories, men’s gifts, writing instruments, personal care, pet accessories and fashion accessories, including high-end costume jewelry. The show will focus on the needs of the independent jewelry retailers that already attend JCK, as well as luxury department stores, independent stores, hotels, cruise lines and Web retailers.

“The enthusiasm with which the show has been met, from retailers and manufacturers, attests to the importance of developing a luxury market within the gift industry,” said Leslie Nathan-Street, senior vice president, George Little Management. “Together, JCK and Cadeaux, will provide the complete spectrum of luxury merchandise for those select retailers whose customers demand exclusivity.”

“In one visit to Las Vegas, attendees will be able to source products, ideas and inspiration for all segments of their customer base,” said Dave Bonaparte, group vice president, JCK Events. “We conducted extensive research during the past show, and the jewelry retailers who are loyal to the JCK Events, overwhelmingly expressed interest in seeing luxury gift merchandise included in the show. These retailers already incorporate this product into their merchandise mix or plan to within the next few years, and the convenience of having the shows co-located provides them with a unique sourcing opportunity during a market they already attend.”

GLM and Reed Exhibitions will promote Cadeaux and JCK with an integrated marketing campaign, and a series of special events, seminars and attendance.

Together, Cadeaux and JCK will present more than 3,000 exhibitors and attract about 20,000 trade attendees. Additional information is available online at http://www.jckgroup.com/ beginning in early January.
