HOLLAND, Mich. — An NBC-TV “Today Show†segment on
the home of the future and featuring furniture from Sligh has been moved to March 14.Â
The segment is will examine bedrooms as rejuvenation centers, “green†architecture and interior elements, and “intelligent†furniture like Sligh’s Family Communications Center, according to show producers.Â
The morning news program recently filmed a segment in the Sligh Furniture showroom on current and future home trends.
The Family Communications Center will be featured as an example of trend-setting furniture that can house, dock and recharge a multitude of home electronic devices, as well as organize and store a busy family’s pile of schedules, appointments, books, mail and mementos.Â
