A prominent retailer in eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, Jordan’s Furniture has been using a payroll service bureau, but the HR and payroll team believed they needed a more robust, fully functional human resource management system that included manager self-service, real-time workforce analytics, and solid customer support.
