MILAN (Thomson Financial) – Furniture maker Rosss SpA plans to float about 40 pct of its capital on the Expandi market of the Milan stock exchange in the first months of 2015 to fund acquisitions, daily Il Sole 24 Ore said, citing finance chief Simone Bettini.
‘The bourse will give us resources to make a first acquisition right away,’ Bettini was quoted as saying.
All shares in the IPO will stem from a capital hike. The IPO advisors are Kon, Abaxbank and the legal firm Pedersoli, while regulatory filings are likely to be sent this week.
