SEATTLE — Julie Randall has been promoted to vice

president of sales administration, a new position at office, casual dining and bedroom furniture source A-America. 

Randall, formerly director of customer care, has been with the company for 23 years in various posts.

A-America President Fred Rohrbach said Randall’s duties will be to maintain one-to-one, personal, senior level relationships with key customers. She reports to Rohrbach.

“Hearing and dealing with our customers’ needs and desires first hand will allow us to continue to refine our customer services in every area to best serve all of our dealers,” he said.

The A-America team also includes industry veteran Bill Cubberley, director of business development, who joined the company in June, and Dean Banks, western regional director of sales and marketing.
