Collection—5 new electric fireplaces with fine-furniture quality mantels—at the Spring Market in High Point, North Carolina.

Each of the five new models is inspired by a popular furniture style or period and features best-selling finishes. The new models are: Imperial in a Transitional style with an Old World stone-look finish; Montebello in mahogany, Metropolitan in a black paint finish, and Sonoma in a a Cherry finish—Traditional styles updated for today; and Lake George in a handsome Country/Lodge style with a warm pine finish and bead-board detailing.

The Colorado Collection and other portable “ClassicFlame™ electric fireplaces require no professional installation. “They are ‘plug and play’,” says Mark Asofsky, Sr.VP and director of design and product development. “Our ClassicFlame™ electric fireplaces create the ultimate romantic mood with a flip of a switch. Consumers simply place them in a room (against the base board, atop any flooring) and plug them into any standard 120-volt outlet, as they require no venting or permits.”

Other special features include a 1,350-watt, 4,600-BTU electric heater and blower with a thermostatic control, dimmer control, and a realistic flame effect with life-like logs and ember beds that are hand-carved. The 28-in. and 33-in. units offer down lights, working mesh spark screens, smoked brick interior facades, and multi-function remote controls.
