Craftex Mills shifts design function, appoints Blum

BLUE BELL, Pa. — Upscale fabric producer Craftex Mills has

shifted the design function for furniture fabrics from High
Point to its headquarters here, and named Terri Blum to the newly created position of creative director, with responsibility for design.

Previously, the furniture segment design and merchandising was handled by Scott Jensen, who has left the company to join case goods supplier T.S. Berry.

Blum will now handle the furniture segment design, and Denise Gutierrez, director of merchandising, will handle the merchandising of the furniture segment.

Craftex will introduce new fabrics at Showtime in High Point, Dec. 3-6, in its permanent showroom on the 8th floor of the Market Square Textile Tower.

Its Antiques Roadshow collection will be shown separately, in the Suites at Market Square, space 1-409.
