  A foreign furniture and household articles exhibition is being organised jointly in Chennai by Lu Lu Homes and Jayabharatham Furniture at the Good Shepherd Hall, Nungambakkam.


        Right from little toys to office furnitures, sofa sets and cots, wide array of articles imported mainly from Malyasia, Singapore, China and Indonesia are on display in the expo which has spread across three floors.

        According to Shyam, manager and N J Ravi Varma of Jayabharatham Marketing, the exhibition is being organised as a promotional activity for the showroom which had already opened in Koyambedu.

        They said there were plans to open more permanent showrooms in  T Nagar and other areas. A discount from 10 to 40 per cent was also being given to those who buy products at the expo. Guna, managing partner, Jayabharatham Furniture, said products ranging from Rs 25 to Rs two lakh were being sold at the exhibition and the response from customers is also good. Door delivery and fitting charges are also free, he said.

        The exhibition will be on till 16 August and entry is free for all.
