WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Commerce has ruled that four toy boxes will face antidumping duties at the same rate as wood


bedroom furniture imported from China, although another will not.

The products now included in the antidumping order are the Cabbage Patch Kids Wooden Toy Box made by Toy Vault, the Americana Wood Toy Box with bins made by Little Tikes, the Americana Wood Toy Box also made by Little Tikes, and the Transportation Toy Box made by KidKraft.

The DOC determined that the Toy Box with Wheels, made by Fun Times, is not included in the order.

This means the four items included in the order will be subject to the duties assigned to the Chinese manufacturers of these items. The duties would then be paid by the importer of record.
