SALES EXECUITVE – . My client is a UK manufacturer of high quality garden furniture and birdcare products into garden centres. Due to unprecedented success they are now seeking an Area Sales Executive, ideally based in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire or Lincolnshire.


It is important that you have a garden centre background. Ideally you will have sold into garden centres or possibly worked in one. However, if you do not have a proven external sales track record you will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of the market place, and have the enthusiasm, drive and energy to succeed in a sales environment.

The role involves a combination of managing existing business and prospecting for new, so cold calling may constitute a part of the job. You will need to be prepared to set up displays and to realise that this is a hands on role and a company where everyone works together to get the job done. You will be honest, loyal, hardworking and committed.
