NORTHFIELD-Kensington Furniture and mattress held a casting call this weekend for people to be on their TV commercials.

They came out in all ages with some more excited than others to get a shot at their 15 minutes of fame.

The auditions are for Kensington’s new concept, “Shops at the Square” which will feature several stores sharing the same space that was previously just Kensington Furniture.

“We think today you have to keep it fresh and the other best part is that it is going to be local it’s going to be a bunch of local merchants, no cookie cutter chains, just local merchants.”

The grand opening will be later this month.
