Will honor retailers Wayne and Rod Johansen and manufacturer Bill Wittenberg
NEW YORK — Tickets are still available for the Anti-Defamation League’s annual dinner and dance at the Grand Hyatt here June 8, which will honor retailers Wayne and Rod Johansen and manufacturer Bill Wittenberg.
Each will receive the 2013 American Heritage Award from the ADL’s National Home Furnishings Division.
The Johansens are executives at Top 100 store HOM Furniture, based in Coon Rapids, Minn., and Wittenberg is president and CEO of Top 25 supplier Berkline/BenchCraft.
The ADL is honoring them for their commitment to the humanitarian goals of civil rights and justice, and for their dedication to the community and the industry.
Event organizers include Norman Waxman, industry chair; Neil Goldberg, dinner chair; and Fred Berk, vice chair.
