Furniture designer and manufacturer Zocalo announced it has opened a warehouse in Vietnam to meet a growing consumer demand for its products.


Zocalo currently operates six warehouse locations throughout San Francisco, but plans to use the new space to stock several of its best-selling collections closer to the production source. The company also said it plans to add space in the Vietnam warehouse for its newest collection, Elevation, which will be introduced at furniture market in October.
 
“With our new warehouse space in Vietnam, we can better cope with unexpected spikes in demand,” said Merchandising Director Michael Pierce. “And because the new warehouse is stocked with multiple collections, our dealers will benefit from more options for mixing product on direct containers.”
