MEBANE, N.C. — Kingsdown has named David Kresser, a former marketer with Procter & Gamble, as regional vice president of sales, a new position.


Kresser, formerly a health and beauty manager at P&G for its business with retailer Family Dollar, reports to Rob Jelinek, vice president of sales for North America.

While he was at Procter & Gamble, Kresser initiated business with what have since become some of the company’s fastest-growing customers, including Home Depot, Lowe’s and Menards.

“David’s experience in creating and expanding new business is valuable to our position as a major player in our industry,” said Kingsdown President Pat Flippin.
