ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Biltmore Estate’s licensed products division, which oversees development of branded home furnishings, has revamped and expanded management to better handle growth.
Jerry Douglas, senior vice president of sales and marketing, said revenues from the Biltmore Estate For Your Home division doubled last year.
Timothy Rosebrock, business development manager, has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the division. He will oversee expansion of the lifestyle licensing program, as well as long-range planning, development and review of new markets.
Christy Hodgins has been named marketing manager. Formerly responsible for business development in the home building products category, Hodgins will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and activities for all branded products.
Susan Ashbridge has joined Biltmore Estate For Your Home as business development manager in the outdoor living and landscape category. She most recently worked for Van Windergerden, a North Carolina plant grower.
Lydia Vander Voort has been named business development manager, with responsibility for a direct-to-retail relationship with Belk Department Stores and other home decor licensees. She previously worked for 20 years at textiles company Cyrus Clark.
