As Hari Raya nears, truckloads of new furniture are being delivered to houses across the country. A worker from Thomson Furniture told the Bulletin that

he was more than happy to deliver furniture to houses in Brunei, as he can make friends with lots of people all over the Sultanate. These are times when business is at its busiest for furniture shops in the country.
