Ford named president of Home Furniture Components
CARTHAGE, Mo. — Diversified manufacturer Leggett & Platt has promoted two employees within its Home Furniture Components Group. 

Randy Ford has been named president of the Home Furniture Components business unit. He will have operating responsibility for the furniture hardware, seating components, sofa-sleeper and West Coast furniture divisions. Ford also will continue to oversee sales and marketing activities.

Arnold Berney has been named president of Leggett’s International Division, with operating responsibility for the furniture component operations in China and Australia. He too will continue to oversee sales and marketing in his division.

Ford and Berney also have been named corporate vice presidents and officers of the company.

Both report to Dennis Park, group president, home furniture and consumer products.
